Mission for Associate Chiropractor

To add a caring and proficient chiropractor to our growing chiropractic & acupuncture clinic. To help grow the practice from 180 to 280 patient visits per week and assist the head doctor in the transition from a 1, 400 sq. ft. office to a brand new 3,375 sq. ft. facility.

Associate doctor requirements

* Increase patient volume from 180 to 280 patient visits per week

* Ability to adjust and treat 50-60 patients per day comfortably and confidently

* Ability to treat soft tissue injuries with Graston, FAKTR, Connect TX or other instrument assisted soft tissue  techniques

* Ability to take and analyze digital x-rays

* Ability to read and interpret MRIs

* Ability to communicate in basic chiropractic Spanish with patients

* Have good writing skills to be able to write narratives, appeals, and letters of medical necessity for insurance companies

* Ability to network with BNI and other networking associations

* Be competent using electronic medical records and computers

* Ability to discuss insurance information with patients

* Ability and willing to educate patients on healthcare

* Be "coachable" with staff and head doctor

* Must possess flexibility, reliability, and punctuality

Salary and Benefits

* $75,000 Base salary

* Commissioned structured compensation plan after 6 months of employment

* Malpractice insurance paid

* Health Insurance offered after 6 months of full employment
