About the presenter:

Dr. Miller spent 16 years in private practice before serving as assistant professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida; chairman of the Department of Clinical Sciences at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas; and associate director of education and research for Foot Levelers, Inc., in Roanoke, Virginia. Dr. Miller has diplomate and fellowship status in chiropractic orthopedics, holds three strength-training certifications and is certified in chiropractic sports practice, and utilization and peer review. An author of eight books and nearly 200 papers and articles, Dr. Miller has provided postgraduate educational programs since 1993 at numerous chiropractic events.
